Minion Master Armour
Ok I have played as a Warrior, Monk and mostly PVP Necro, but no serious MM.
Now I am making a PVE Necro mainly MM and am unsure what armour to get. There is the plus energy armour which seems about right, the special boots which reduce casting time on corpses and also the one which gives you +15 armour when controlling 3 or more minions.
Is it just a matter of testing builds with certain armour or is one strongly favoured?
Also with a death staff, +5 energy x 2 or a death magic + 1 upgrade?
I guess I will have plenty of time to work on my own MM style but a little insight would be nice

I use MM armor with bloodstained boots and de Woo spreader (sp??) ... energywise I have my soulreaping up high so that's no problem once the first few minions (Golem first, then the rest) start killing ... the +30 +30hp on the staff is very usefull when using BotM imo

I used the MM armor for my MM. It's pretty useless actually, because once you actually GET 10 minions, the armor boost is irrelevant to your minion wall just decimating everyone.
Just get the Bloodstained boots and the energy boosters.

Energy armor and bloodstained boots - MM armor is crap especially if you're using dark bond.

The only MM part I have the chest. It's nice if you only have a few minions and a warrior or something targets you. I don't have any problems with energy anyway (13 soul reaping) so I don't regret using it.

I like using the energy armour. You're also not locked into being MM. Just switch out the boots and head and you can SS or blood or anything else you want. I find that armours only really helpful if you get targeted, in which case you're best off kiting. 60AL is more than enough to protect you for a few hits while you run away. Unless you want to be on the frontline, in which case I guess the armour boost may help.

Well, this is just my armor for my Necromancer, which. This is for Minion Master.
As most others do, I use Bloodstained Boots with +1 Soul Reaping on it.
Everything else is Tormentors, it's not like Monks are really going to attack you that much, I mean come on, so the 70 armor is very useful.
The Scar Pattern is just Death Magic, and Ghials Staff is what I use. ^^
